Cartones San Fernando Ltda. (CSF) started the operations in 1990. It has production capacity of 70.000 tons of Corrugated Carton per year and state of the art technology. This was achieved through a strong investment plan of 12MM USD., for the last three years.

On October 1st 2009, CSF was sold by Dole Food Co., to Petroquim S.A.

CSF will keep on supplying boxes and assembly services of Corrugating Boxes both to Dole Chile as to the habitual customers.

On Dole Food Co.'s part they will keep on supplying Cartones San Fernando with necessary paper for their boxes, as will Forestal and Papelera Concepción, both companies related with Petroquim and producer of corrugated paper.

These agreements become a strategical alliance between the companies, which has allowed us to assure the supply of corrugated boxes to the national fruit and vegetable sector as well as to the industrial customers.
