Cartones San Fernando works mostly to satisfy the specific needs of its customers and to achieve a recognition as market leader in trust, dynamism and flexibility. For this, one basic need is to deliver a product of the highest quality.

The quality includes each and every one aspect of the business from safety to the final destiny of the product.

To fulfill this policy each employee is required to clearly understand the following:

The principal objective is to satisfy the customers need in relation to our product.

The customer is who defines the quality

The products characteristics must be agreed upon together with the customer thus assuring his satisfaction

Periodically analyze the productive processes with trustworthy measuring systems to fulfill the quality norms and apply a continuous improvement

Recognize the personal abilities and achievements of our workers in an opportune way and  strengthen them through permanent training and promote teamwork.

We must possess the capability of making investigation and development the actual needs and potentiality of the customers through a close and permanent contact with each one of them
