2. QUALITY

In December 1998, CSF initiated the process of certification ISO 9000, achieving it in May 2000 certifying with the Quality Management System ISO-9001/1994.

The commitment undertaken by management, of working with a Quality System and continuously improving, is because at the end of September 2003 CSF will renew it ISO-9001/1994 certification for the ISO-9001/2000.

The CSF quality system is implemented fundamentally to specify the quality requirements applicable in the whole organization starting from the sales department and ending in the dispatch to the customer facilities; controlling with this that the product fulfills the customer requirements and the objective of improving his satisfaction.

The success of our company is designed to continuously improve the performance through the consideration of the needs of all parts involved.

The high direction organizes the company to work through management of the quality and thus drive the organization to improve effectively its performance, for this the following quality assurance principles have been used:

  Customer focus: the organization understands that the customer is the key for the future of the company and and therefore includes among its objectives the satisfaction of the customers needs and the agreement with the customer on the product characteristics to ensure his satisfaction


 Leadership: the leaders have the tools necessary to create and maintain an internal working team

 Staff participation: the staff is the pillar of our organization, and through meetings and training each worker is motivated to put his abilities into effect.


 Process based approach: All activities that uses recourses are managed as processes because then they yield a more efficient result

 Management system approach: to contribute to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization in the achievement of the objectives the interrelation of the processes are identified and managed.


 Continuous Improvement: In the general performance of the organization the continuous improvement is encouraged. The organization is concerned with taking effective decisions based upon data analysis among other things.

 Mutual benefit relationship with the vendors: the relationship among the organization and the vendors are long term ones to create value.
